Absolute Energy Solutions, a Mass Save® Partner, is seeking an experienced, highly motivated, Inside Sales Representative (internally referred to as an Energy Efficiency Coordinator) to join our team in Sutton, MA earning $70,000 - $150,000+ based on experience with uncapped commissions by following up on audited homes and businesses with cutting edge tools and technology to assess areas of improvement for energy efficiency and utility cost savings.

You will be responsible for following up with customers after Residential and Commercial Energy Assessments served by the Mass Save® and NHSaves® program. As an Insides Sales Representative / Energy Efficiency Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in helping customers in evaluating insulation and weatherization systems, heating and cooling, current energy usage and recommend improvements and upgrades. 

BPI Certification is preferred along with prior experience with the Mass Save or NHSaves program.

Essential Job Functions/ Responsibilities:

• Call and email customer post energy assessment
• Explain and followup on residential and multi-family and commercial energy assessments
• Compile detailed work recommendations for customers on energy efficiency measures including heat pumps, insulation, weatherization, windows and other potential energy savings
• Provide technical assistance, guidance, and training to customers on issues related to energy efficiency
• Troubleshoot technical problems and issues related to energy usage
• Collaborate with clients to explain assessment results and provide guidance on insulation, weatherization and air sealing upgrades
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in insulation technology and energy efficiency
• Generate and sell recommended weatherization, HVAC and other contracts
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years similar experience in sales or residential home or commercial business work
• 1+ years of experience with the Mass Save or NHSaves program or similar residential home and commercial business auditing program
• Previous experience with high volume calls and emails to customers and prospects
• BPI Building Analyst Certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of insulation materials, techniques, and building codes and principles preferred
• Provide exceptional customer service while always maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor with our customers
• Self-motivated and an ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Extremely detail-oriented; exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to perform within required deadlines
• Outstanding interpersonal skills: must display patience, humor and helpfulness at all times
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Ability to use current technology and software systems such as Salesforce, Compass and EPlus
• Consent to a CORI background check and drug test screening
